T3 Telecom Software Announces Release of Version 10.5.2 of the T3main Platform
New software release adds speech recognition support, enhanced security mechanisms and improved scheduling and message notification functionality.

New York, NY - November 4, 2009

T3 Telecom Software is pleased to announce the release of version 10.5.2 of the T3main platform. In addition to adding complete speech recognition support (Voice Control) for the telephone user interface, this release has improved upon several significant areas.

  • Security- Several security mechanisms have been added including a mailbox lock after specified amount of unsuccessful logins, password expiration and a password history mechanism.
  • Department Schedule - A department schedule was added which allows the administrator to define time frames for playing of alternate conversion tables, operator destination and no response destination. This feature is useful for advanced programming of holiday schedules and other events.
  • Mailbox Schedule - A mailbox schedule feature has been added which allows the user to define multiple schedules each with its own greeting (up to 10 different greetings), follow-me destinations and menus. Caller ID can also be used to trigger a schedule. Follow-me capability has been expanded to include parallel destination and multiple serial destinations (only available in the SIP version of T3main).
  • Message Notification - A time table reference has been added for flexible date, day and time programming. In addition, in the SIP version of T3main, parallel and serial message notification has been added. Notification can be sent simultaneously to an email and a telephone number as well as a SIP URI.
  • Select Multiple VoIP Gateways Based on Channel - An option to connect to multiple VoIP gateways based on channel has been added. This allows the system to initiate calls from a specific gateway in specific cases, such as Fax out.
  • T3 Voice Control - Voice Control provides a voice-enabled front-end to the T3 voice messaging system. A user can speak verbal commands to send messages, review messages and set personal options in addition to, or in place of, using traditional touch tone key presses on the telephone keypad
